I was born and raised in California, where my love for animals was born. As a kid, I would practice training with all of my family member's dogs, devouring everything I could find online relating to animal behavior and psychology. In 2018 I started a small farm with goats and chickens. In 2021, I moved my farm to southern Oregon, and over time, it grew to include rabbits, horses, cows and, of course, dogs!

No matter the species, I was constantly teaching my furry friends new tricks! In addition totraining animal friends to be great pets, I trained my goats to pack on hikes, and participate in parades and community events. I even trained my cow how to "bow." Animal behavior has been a special interest for me since I was young, and I am excited to be able to share my passion with others

My goal as a trainer is to provide a balanced experience for both my human and animal clients. Much of my training centers around play and building a positive learning experience for your pet. I always strive to keep our sessions as fun as possible, while maintaining clear communication about expectations and boundaries

 Being a balanced trainer, I do use training tools such as e-collars and prong collars, but only when it benefits the dog. Despite their poor reputation, tools such as e-collars (not to be confused with "shock" collars) and prong collars are often gentler tools than other popular options such as head-halters and front-clip harnesses, which can cause musculo-skelatal damage when used long-term. 

My mission has always been to improve the quality of life for every animal I encounter, and I am always happy to answer questions, modify my training techniques, and offer demonstrations when requested!
